At Strong Cleaning Services we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to our terms and policies: all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued; however, store credit may be offered at our discretion for eligible cases. We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse or improper handling of our products, and liability is limited to the value of the purchased item or service. CONDITIONS
​Client Expectations, Privacy, and Liability
Strong Cleaning Services operates with professionalism, respect, and transparency, ensuring every client receives exceptional service while protecting our team and business interests. By scheduling a service, clients agree to maintain a clean and safe environment, areas of high danger will not be accommodated for the safety of Team Strong. Properties and Cleaning sites will be inspected and evaluated for safety before cleaning. Properties must be free from mold, hazardous materials & objects, any weapons must be stored away, and other unsafe or biohazardous conditions. Pets must be secured in designated areas to ensure safety and efficiency. Misconduct, abuse, or harassment of any kind—verbal, physical, or otherwise—toward any Team Strong member is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of services and all necessary fine(s), enforceable by law.
Clients must ensure timely access to their property; Team Strong will wait a maximum of 10 minutes if a property is inaccessible. Failure to meet this requirement will result in forfeiture of the scheduled service without refund. Strong Cleaning Services is not liable for injuries or damages to property, individuals, or pets during service, provided our team followed standard procedures. To ensure confidentiality, all client information is protected under a strict privacy policy, and Strong Cleaning Services will not disclose client details unless required by law or for business purposes directly related to the service. Non-disclosure and non-defamation clauses apply; clients are prohibited from sharing or publishing false, harmful, or defamatory statements about Strong Cleaning Services.
SALES
Promotions, Sales, and Scheduling Policies
Strong Cleaning Services offers seasonal promotions to deliver value while showcasing our high-quality service. The "$150 Power Hour" is a promotional cleaning demo designed for small tasks or light refreshes. Clients can choose two out of six services:
1. Surface Restoration and Floors
2. Bedrooms and Trash Removal
3. Moving and Organizing Assistance

4. Living Room & Kitchen Cleaning

5. Bathroom and Mirror Cleaning

6. Light Tidy Cleaning Care (Surfaces, Floors, Organization)
Add-ons, including basement cleaning, garage organization, or snow plowing, are available at an additional cost. The "$150 Power Hour" is limited to residential properties with
1-3 bedrooms and 1-3 bathrooms located in Wisconsin. Each household is restricted to 2 sessions per household to ensure equitable availability.
All promotions, including the 40% off first cleaning offer, apply only to Estate/Home Plan, Commercial Plan, or Enterprise/Special Events Plan clients for the first cleaning. Full payment is required before the next scheduled cleaning. Clients must notify Strong Cleaning Services of cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $10 cancellation fee, except in emergencies, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. There are no refunds for any services rendered or promotional purchases. Payment plans may be arranged for qualified clients based on evaluation.
​LOYALTY
Team Strong Loyalty Program & Flex Credits
The Team Strong Loyalty Program is designed to reward our valued clients for their continued support and commitment to maintaining clean and healthy spaces. Every scheduled clean under an approved plan earns 35 Flex Credits per session, while promotional services such as the "$150 Power Hour" award 20 credits per session. Single or add-on services, including basement, garage, or snow plowing, earn 10 credits per service.
Once clients accumulate 300 Flex Credits, they can redeem a free standard cleaning session tailored to their plan. Flex Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be redeemed within six months from the date earned. Credits that expire will not be reinstated under any circumstances. The program is subject to availability, and Strong Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the loyalty program, clients agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. The program is designed to benefit those who prioritize regular cleaning, and Team Strong remains committed to delivering exceptional service to every participant.
